Peeled Oranges
a very very very short poem
Dull, faded, stretched,
Numb on edges.
Rubbed leather,
Sour scent lingers.
Sticky white veins,
Flattened, removed.
A cloud stripped from the
Sun. Just like me and you.
Dull, faded, stretched,
Numb on edges.
Rubbed leather,
Sour scent lingers.
Sticky white veins,
Flattened, removed.
A cloud stripped from the
Sun. Just like me and you.
What an amusing poem about Oranges. I guess Oranges season is here!
Very beautiful, short and sweet!!
